Here we see a girl with three great hair colors. Blue, blonde, and black! And today, I am going to teach you how to dye your hair like hers.
First of all, you are going to need some products.
- Hair color remover.
- Hair bleach.
- Bleach developer.
- A mixing bowl.
- A bleach application brush.
- Manic Panic: Atomic Turquoise dye.
- Black dye (or black extensions).
Okay Step 1:
Apply the color remover all over your hair. Follow the instructions on the box to see how long to leave the remover in for. Once the time is up, rinse your hair in warm water and blow dry completely.
Step 2: Mix the powder and developer for the bleach in the mixing bowl you purchased. Be very careful to not get ANY bleach on your skin, for it will burn and irritate your skin terribly. Technically, you’re not supposed to apply directly to your scalp, but I have put up with the severe itching and done it anyway. Use the brush to apply the bleach once it is mixed. After you have applied the bleach, put a plastic bag over your hair. Any plastic shopping bag will do.
Step 3: Blow dry the plastic bag so heat can go onto your hair. The more heat, the better for the bleaching process. After about an hour, remove the bag and shampoo your hair to be sure the bleach is fully removed.
RESULTS MAY VARY. BLONDE CAN BE VERY DIFFICULT TO ACHIEVE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU BEGIN WITH VERY DARK HAIR.
Step 4: After you blow dry your hair again, rinse off the brush you used for the bleach. This is what you will use to brush in the blue dye. Brush it in wherever you want it in your hair. Also, if you are not using black extensions, pull up your top layer of your hair and apply black dye to the under layer. Leave these dyes in for about 45 minutes.
Step 5: Rinse your hair and blow dry it. Straighten it, and you should be all set with a new, cute, scene look!
